General Guidelines for Abstract Submission:

*Important Note:* Registration for YUVAMAHACON 2025 is mandatory for abstract submission.

1) Registration and Membership : The presenting author must be a registered delegate for YUVAMAHACON 2025 and a life member of the Indian Society of Anesthesiology (ISA).

2) Submission Method : Abstracts must be submitted through the designated portal; email submissions are not accepted. Conference registration is mandatory for paper/ poster presentations..

3) Abstract Content Requirements : 

A) Abstracts should pertain to original studies, case reports, or case series. Abstracts should be in English and must not exceed 250 words (1500 characters; excluding Title). The abstract should be submitted in MS Word format (.doc or .docx), including only one image.

B) Abstracts should be submitted through the online module only and must be original (not published before). The research or case report should not have been published in any indexed peer-reviewed journal.

C) Upto 2 tables and/or figures each upto 1 MB can be submitted. Tables should be less than 10 rows and 6 columns and left justified.

D) The scientific content must be relevant to the field 

E) Image not compulsory.

4) Authors : A maximum of six authors is allowed per abstract, with the first author serving as the presenting author. Title and Authors names should be submitted separately in the space provided and not in the Abstract.

Categories : The Scientific Committee will determine the presentation format ie : Free paper, E-poster

5) Confirmation : All abstract submitters must confirm the originality of their work.

6) Notification : Acceptance will be notified only after review and revision.

For Paper Presentations:

- Eligibility: Original research (with ethical clearance) or case series (with informed consent).

- To bring presentations on pen drive to present

- The number of slides in ppt: paper:- 6

- The abstract must be structured with: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions atleast 5 references should included for paper.

- Presentation Time: 6 + 2 minutes for the presentation and Q&A.

For E-Poster Presentations:

- Eligibility: Original research (with ethical clearance), case series, or case reports (with informed consent).

- To bring presentations on pen drive to present

- The number of slides in ppt: poster:- 2

- Format: Abstracts must include: Introduction, Case report, Discussion, Conclusion.

- Presentation Time: 4 minutes for the poster presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
