TERMS & CONDITIONS -

= Registration is mandatory for all the types of Participation.

= Conference registration is mandatory to attend workshop.

= Accompanying persons : Accompanying person above the age of 5 years, registration is mandatory for the conference. Accompanying

person & children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.

= Delegate can attend only one workshop.

= Post Graduate students should submit a Bonafide certificate / letter from HOD along with registration form before the deadline date, after which the next registration slab will be applicable.

= The conference registration and workshop registration is non-transferable

= ISA National GC members, Faculty and Chairpersons will get Registration at 7000 throughout.

= Registration charges are inclusive of taxes. Payment gateway charges applicable.

Workflow of Registration

Step 1- Click on Register Now

Step 2- Fill the registration form

Step 3- Select your appropriate type of registration

Step 4- Click Pay now

Step 5- Make payment with appropriate gateway (Respective gateway Charges apply).

Step 5- Review your details

Step 6- Submit form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Request:

   • All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or post to the conference secretariat.

2. Refund Policy:

   • Till 15th March 2025: Eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee.

   • 15th March to 15th May 2025: Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

   • On or after 15th May 2025: No refund will be provided.

3. Bank Transaction Charges:

   • Bank transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be initiated 15 days after the conclusion of the conference.

   • Note: Bank transaction charges are non-refundable.

5. Workshop Registration Fees:

   • Non-refundable and non-transferable.
